David Montgomery Hoffman is a composer, producer, and sound professional with over 10 years of experience specializing in film, media, and live performance. His work is driven by a passion for for collaboration and a strong focus on storytelling as well as artistically driven narrative.

 

A graduate of Berklee College of Music with a degree in Film Scoring, he has contributed original music to a range of film projects, including Secrets Not Buried (written and directed by Anneke Scott), an award-winning film, and Cold Trail (written and directed by Werner J. Traut). He has also worked as a studio assistant for producer Barrett Yeretsian, known for producing the multiplatinum hit “Jar of Hearts.” He continues to be very involved in the process from pre production through post, doing things like on set sound and dialogue and sound editing,  leaving him with an in depth knowledge of the ins and outs of film and media creation.
