David Hoffman is a versatile composer, vocalist, drummer, and producer with a background in Rock, Classical, Rnb/Hip-hop and Film music. He uses key elements from a vast array of genres to create an innovative and unique sound in his scores.
David has earned his Bachelors in Music for Film Scoring at Berklee College of Music in Boston where he graduated at the top of his class and was awarded the Michael Rendish Award for outstanding collaboration and achievement. During his program he has worked on multiple projects, such as composing the music for Collateral a short film written and directed by Werner Traut, The Magic Show, a short film by independent LA based director Ryan Lutz, and Conviction, a student film directed by Anna Engel. David also briefly assisted in writing under the NYC based composer Bruno Duprat.
